  • Is this course self-paced or instructor-led?

    The course is self-paced -- you can do it on your own time! There is a community forum with other members of the course to bring any of your questions, wins and challenges.

  • How much access to you do I get?

    The program's community feature enables you to freely ask any questions and engage with me to the extent that suits your preferences, whether that be frequently or sparingly! This is set up for your first 3 months. Then after that, you will be able to join for an additional monthly rate.

  • How much time should I allocate for this course each week?

    It will be important to make time for the course each week so you can start implementing and see results. I would recommend setting aside 2-3 hours a week to watch the lessons and implement the action steps!

  • When does the course start and finish?

    This is a completely self-paced online course. You decide when you start and when you finish the course. However, I do recommend creating an end date for yourself so that you finish the course!

  • How long do I have access to the course?
